SJ has admired the beautiful Italian RIVA boats for many years, the shape, the detail, the look and most importantly the incredible iconic mahogany/holly wood inlay finish, since having spent time admiring the craftsmanship he thought he could replicate an inspired Leather/Wood take on this #ClassicBoatArt
SJ visited one of his small artisan Tuscan Tanneries and asked if it was possible to use some space to set about the process of creating ‘Leather to Look like Wood’ in the finest detail and he did, Wood you believe it!!

The process is fun, all about the Detail and creating this iconic final LOOK – who else in the world creates this?
The main body of the Briefcase is crafted in our Tuscan Marrone Leather
The RIVIERA Briefcase Each item is hand made to order in Tuscany – Italy to perfection with passion – attention to detail is always reflected
This Briefcase is a relaxed stylish look, the Handle is formed from thick shoulder leather to create the Shape and Form
The Lining Finished in Aqua Blu – Italian man-made suede durable material – very similar to Alcantara but a lighter weight.
