The Helmet bag was revealed at the Autosport Awards – December 2023, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel London, what a night to remember in the World of Motorsport.   The winner of the Aston Martin – Autosport – BRDC ‘Young Driver of the Year’ going to Joseph Loake -Congratulations.  Joseph will meet up again with Simon Jordan – Creative Director at the Autosport Show in January 2024 to go through the detailed creative session, choosing all the elements of what will make this Bespoke Helmet Bag unique for Joseph as a great memento of his 2023 racing achievements.

It was a tremendous delight receiving a call from Jaguar Classic, the request from one of their clients asking would we be interested in creating a Bespoke Luggage Set for Chassis # 1E11282 of course we said yes being Jaguar Heritage fan’s especially the British Racing Green cars that dominated Le Mans for years !!

The process for this commission required us to visit Jaguar Classic, meet the owner of the car & the beautiful Jaguar that was undergoing a full restoration. We took all the boot measurements and angles and listened to what the client required also gave our valuable advice.

We offered the Following Bespoke Options which the client was very pleased given the level of detail we devoted to these truly unique Tailor-Made pieces.

Crafted Leather pieces selected colour shades from our ‘Bridge of Weir’ Scottish leather swatch books, the same grade that Jaguar Cars choose as their luxury automotive hide.
The stitching we matched as per the same stitching shade as being used for the New leather upholstery.
We sourced the identical Seat Belt webbing shade & weave as per the belts fitted in the Jaguar which we used for the 4-piece luggage set, handles and the adjustable detachable Padded nonslip Shoulder Strap adding that true motoring inspired touch & look.

Our Unique Cotton Bespoke #LiningArt was created using a vast selection of amazing timeline photos capturing the restoration journey at Jaguar Classic and the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II

SJ being a huge Italian Leather Goods fan for many years, decided in 2022 it was his mission to find the Ultimate Italian Leather, crafted by an artisan-family tannery in Tuscany, he did!! The specification of Leather had to be a very high-quality grade, with a beautiful touch/feel – our Tuscan Leather Hides offer all these important properties allowing us to craft the perfect flawless article, reflecting the quality our global clients’ buyers expect, we are BESPOKE Jordan Bespoke

QUILTED LINING

Our luxurious quilted interior adds protection, finished in Black – Italian man-made durable suede material – very similar to Alcantara but a lighter weight.

QUILTED BESPOKE LINING

The chosen historic lining pays tribute to Aston Martin Le Mans wins. One panel is devoted to car #19 DB2 prototype, Chassis LML/50/8 was driven at Le Mans by George Abecassis and Lance Macklin. Grid slots were decided on engine size and they started 19th. At an average speed of 87.25mph, Abecassis and Macklin finished fifth overall to claim victory in the three-litre Sports category. They also shared the Index of Performance prize.

The other panel is focussed on the Aston Martin DBR1/2 Victorious – 24hr Le Mans 1959 outright win, driven by Roy Salvadori & Carroll Shelby – Aston Martin’s most famous victory to date, that same year at the Goodwood Aston Martin clinched the World Sportscar Championship – double celebrations for our iconic British Motor Racing Brands.
